WHAT WE DO
Fisher Design Company is a Georgina-based full-service interior design company that focuses on large-scale renovations and new builds across cottage country, Lake Simcoe.
We are a curated group of professionals that include, interior design, real estate, custom carpentry, building and consulting.
We specialize in start-to-finish custom projects. First, we help you acquire a property, perform the necessary due diligence, develop a design of the potential structure and budget. Next, we start the building process and create the interior design package. And finally, we complete this process by installing all furniture and decor assuring for a complete home.
Our design style is a coastal lake house aesthetic that represents the client’s requirements and lifestyle, while feeling comfortable and lived-in. We add elegant moments with touches of quirkiness to generate a timeless home.

Full Service Design Package for Renovations and New-Build’s

Build or renovate a home to better function your family and lifestyle. Fisher Design Company will take the creative lead in designing and detailing a home that suits your requirements and needs. We will work alongside our carpentry team to create your ideal home.
Our full-service design includes an initial design meeting at our Jacksons Point Design Centre to discuss your vision and budget for your build or renovation. Next we conduct a site visit to review the requirements and scope of the project. We would then consult the applicable governing bodies to ensure your build/renovation can be done. Moving along, we would create floor plans, architectural/construction working drawings and mood boards for each space and source all elements for your home including materials and furnishings. Finally, we start ordering, tracking, storing and delivering all items.
When the build/renovation is complete and all items have arrived, our team will style your home for the big reveal!

DECORATING

Full Service interior decorating is a great option if you’ve recently moved into a new home and or are interested in updating the interior of your current home. We begin with a design meeting at our Jacksons Point Design Centre to discuss your style and the functional needs that you would like to achieve within the new design. Next we would conduct a site visit to take measurements and to see the scope of the project. We would then create mood board(s), furniture floor plans, create any elevation drawings (if applicable) and a budget for your approval. Finally, we arrange any install trades to complete the interior work while sourcing, ordering, tracking, storing and the delivery of all items. Once all items have arrived, our team will style your home for the big reveal!

HOME STYLING
SERVICE

Having a room or two styled is a great option if you’re renting or have recently moved into a new home and have limited funds to spend on full-service interior decorating. We begin with an in-home consultation to discuss your style and the functional needs that you will require within the new design. Next, we create a budget, furniture floor plan and mood board for your approval. Moving along, we send you a list of items to purchase and complete prior to install day. Once all items have arrived and the install trades have completed any interior work, we schedule a date and complete the install and style each space.
